SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 24–48 hours for payment processing once your order is placed. Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery times.
Pre-made items are typically shipped within the same week payment is received.
Made-to-order releases may require approximately 4–6 weeks for production and shipment. Please refer to the specific product description for estimated timelines. This release method is reserved for limited and highly sought-after pieces.
All orders are shipped through third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. To help ensure successful delivery, please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly and includes all necessary information.
Rooted in Culture is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misplaced packages once they have been shipped. Customers are also responsible for any issues caused by incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
HOW DO I WASH THIS?
To maintain the quality of your garment, we strongly recommend folding it inside out, washing with cold water, and tumble drying with low heat.
STORE POLICY
All sales are final.
Once the item is shipped out we can no longer provide a refund. Please read all product descriptions carefully.
We have no control over packages once they are shipped. If an order is lost or stolen, we are not responsible and you will need to contact your shipping courier directly.
